Kharkiv Polytechnics presented their research in Romania

KhPI scientists took part in the International Conference on Reliable Systems Engineering (ICoRSE), dedicated to research in mechatronics and other closely related fields. The event was held in Bucharest, (Romania), in early September. Out of 50 reports which were presented at the conference, one third were made up of the works of Kharkiv Polytechnic scientists.

At the international conference ICoRSE, Kharkiv Polytechnics presented the results of research in the field of production and control of intelligent mechatronic systems, modelling and simulation in mechanics and mechatronics, cyber-physical systems, applied mechanics, new materials, etc. Some of the presented research projects were carried out jointly with researchers from Germany and the Czech Republic. A section of poster presentations was created specifically for Ukrainian specialists, as the conference was held offline.

In total, fifty out of eighty submitted scientific works were reviewed at ICoRSE, of which Kharkiv Polytechnic presented 17 reports. The conference was attended by about fifty representatives of the Educational and Scientific Institutes of Kharkiv Polytechnic: Mechanical Engineering and Transport; Chemical Technologies and Engineering; Computer Science and Information Technology.

The event facilitated the exchange of experience and best practices between experts from universities, research institutes and business representatives from several countries in Europe (England, France, Germany, Austria, Poland, Czech Republic, etc.), North America and Asia. According to the participants, ICoRSE provided an opportunity to establish business or research connections, as well as to find global partners for future cooperation.
