Leading scientists from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University sent a letter of support to Ukraine and the National Technical University «KhPI». The American scientists thanked Kharkiv Polytechnics for their long-term cooperation and the joint conference «Actual Problems of Social Development in a Society of Changes», which, despite the difficult military situation, was held online at the end of March this year. «At the same time that the Kharkiv city was being shelled, scientists from many countries came together and discussed issues of pedagogical leadership, the development of pedagogical science, problems of equality and peaceful cooperation of all nations of our planet» reads the letter, which was signed by Professor Joseph Mukuni, Dr Carrol Mullen and Dr Charles Lowery.
